You enjoy helping clients and sharing knowledge with your co-workers when you encounter a unique situation that requires you to research and solve a client's problem. You are looking to advance your career and help grow your firm.


Responsibilities:

  • Apply accounting expertise to review prepared client data to support team members in meeting client expectations.
  • Use a well-developed understanding of client businesses to help diagnose opportunities and suggest solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, gaining trust and respect based on a demonstrated understanding of their business and ability to help achieve improvement goals.
  • Plan, organize, and control multiple responsibilities and resources to meet assignment objectives
  • Manage assignment budgets, anticipate and communicate budget issues, identify opportunities to improve assignment profitability, prepare billings, and assist in cash collections
  • Provide Associates and Seniors with guidance, coaching, and support in career development and area of specialty
  • Identify appropriate lessons from client interactions to contribute to the development of firm knowledge systems
  • Use external peer network and relationships to refer potential candidates for recruitment
  • Apply new approaches to proposal development and effectively manage resources contributing to proposal initiatives
  • Write and publish articles with the research and assistance of associates and senior associates
