This role will serve as the primary owner of the accounting function and will be responsible for ensuring that financial reporting is accurate, timely, structured, and actionable for leadership.

• Coordinate integrations between QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Gusto, Ramp, and banking systems
• Coordinate with the outside CPA firm regarding year-end close, tax preparation, and compliance
• Manage state and local tax filing processes
• Coordinate annual 1099 preparation and submission
• Help manage and support the Accounting Assistant role, including workflow coordination, task prioritization, and helping build an organized and scalable accounting department structure

• Experience managing full-cycle accounting processes
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, general ledger management, accrual accounting, and cash flow management
• Experience in construction, trades, HVAC, plumbing, or home services industries strongly preferred
