  • Assists Controller in preparation and review of monthly financial schedules.
  • Participates in acquisition analysis.
  • Ensures proper support and analyses is maintained for balance sheet accounts.
  • Reviews the monthly asset ledger.
  • Monitors hospital internal controls.
  • Serves as a liaison with external audit personnel for ongoing audit work.
  • Oversees the hiring, supervision and training of hospital employees as needed.
  • Provides management with data as necessary.
  • Processes additions, deletions, disposals, and transfers of assets.
  • Completes special projects and other duties as requested to support needs of organization.
  • Prepares monthly journal entry uploads.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Two years of accounting experience; healthcare experience preferred.
