Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Associate to join our team at Trazi!
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of corporate
accounting principles. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, completing
reconciliations, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-
day accounting responsibilities include but are not limited to accounts payable, receivable,
general ledger, cash flow, revenue, and expenditure reporting. The Accounting Associate must
be detail-oriented, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and be able to work independently.
Trazi is a web management company that owns and manages several online e-commerce
businesses.
This is a hybrid position located in Downtown, Orlando, where you are able to work semi-
remote (3 days) and on-site (2 days).  This position requires candidates to live within commuting distance of our office and be available for in-person attendance when business needs require.
Salary Range: $47,500 - $52,000
Responsibilities and Duties: 
Perform cash management, including the reporting of cash activities, expenditures,
reconciling multiple bank accounts, reporting daily and monthly on cash activity. 
Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries to ensure proper financial reporting.
Manage accounts payable, credit card payments, and wire payments, ensuring accounts
are accurate and complete. Maintain expense tracking for vendors, recurring subscription
renewals, and expenditures. 
Month-end reconciliation of general ledger and financial accounts, including cash
accounts, revenue reconciliation, and fixed asset management. 
Year-end close activities and 1099 reporting. 
Assist in reporting of financial statements and preparing ad hoc reports for management
review.
Utilize QuickBooks Online for tracking financial transactions and generating reports.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Miscellaneous projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 3-5+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of
degree.
3+ years of corporate accounting experience, including experience with bank
reconciliations, accounts payable and expense management, journals, general ledger and
financial reports.
Knowledge of GAAP financial principles and practices.
High proficiency in QuickBooks or similar ERP system, Microsoft Office Suite including
Advanced Excel, and Google Suite.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy in
financial reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
