The Office Assistant provides daily administrative, operational, and customer support to the Director of Finance, the sales team, and company clients. This role ensures smooth office operations, accurate documentation, timely communication, and efficient coordination across departments.


Support for Director of Finance

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain organized financial files, logs, and account notes
  • Prepare reports, confirmations, and follow‐up documentation as requested
  • Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and account updates

Support for Sales Team

  • Process customer orders, verify details, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Update CRM/account notes with timestamps, details gathered, and initials
  • Assist with quotes, demos, customer follow‐ups, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with operations and shipping to resolve order or delivery issues

Customer Assistance

  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional, timely support
