As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll help ensure the financial operations of the dealership run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and supporting multiple departments throughout the organization.

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Post vehicle deals and maintain accurate dealership financial records
  • Prepare and reconcile daily deposits and cash receipts
  • Process invoices and vendor payments
  • Assist with title paperwork and deal documentation as needed
  • Reconcile bank statements, schedules, and dealership accounts

  • Experience with dealership management systems (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
