HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ACCOUNTING ANALYST IN BRIGHTON, CO
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounting Analyst to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This individual will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in daily tasks. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years experience with accounting or economics background, strong computer skills, and more listed below. Apply online and kickstart your career today!

  • Starting at $22/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Full time schedule
  • Located in Brighton, Colorado

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
  • Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC
  • Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices
  • Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors
  • Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc Administrative Office directives
  • Review staffing agency invoices
  • Work directly with Accounting Analyst Supervisor, Operations Administrative Manager, and All levels of DC Management
  • Extensive data entry projects
  • Payroll experience needed. (Paychex software)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2 year experience with accounting or economics background
  • Some college courses in Accounting or Economics or equivalent preferred
  • Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of DC operations
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Able to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Lifting up to 10lbs
  • Sitting at a computer for long periods of time
  • Climbing stairs
