We are currently hiring for a Fund Accounting Associate to join our Fund Administration group. As a Fund Accounting Associate, you will support a variety of accounting and fund administration activities, including:

  • Maintain fund accounting records and general ledger activity for investment funds.

  • Prepare bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.

  • Process accounts payable, cash disbursements, cash receipts, and other fund transactions.

  • Support capital call and distribution activities, including investor communications.

  • Prepare investor capital account statements and reporting packages.

  • Assist with management fee calculations and expense allocations.

  • Help coordinate audit support requests and prepare workpapers.

  • Research and resolve accounting issues while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and internal team members.

  • Continuously develop knowledge of investment fund structures, accounting principles, and industry technology platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Accounting and financial experience is preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $55,000.00 - $99,000.00
