Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

Schedule: Day Shift

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to lead and manage site environmental programs and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations. This role plays a key part in supporting sustainability goals and driving continuous improvement in environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage environmental programs related to air emissions, wastewater, and solid/hazardous waste
  • Ensure compliance with EPA and Iowa DNR regulations
  • Oversee environmental audits, inspections, reporting, and recordkeeping
  • Track and report environmental metrics
  • Coordinate environmental improvement projects and regulatory responses
  • Train and oversee employees performing environmental duties, including hazardous waste management
  • Partner with corporate environmental resources and site leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, or related field preferred (or 5+ years relevant experience)
  • Strong knowledge of EHS laws and environmental regulations
