Jennie Joiner with Forum Group PNW is partnering with a well-established, multi-state manufacturing organization to hire an Accountant II based in Eugene, Oregon. This position is ideal for an experienced Staff Accountant who is ready to take the next step in their career into more of a Senior Accountant role. Working closely with the Controller, Accounting Manager, and CFO, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities while expanding your technical skills and taking on projects that will prepare you for future advancement. What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

  • Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
  • Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Exposure to audit support or public accounting is a plus.
  • Manufacturing, inventory, cost accounting, or product-based industry experience is helpful but not required.
  • Experience working within an ERP system.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
