Senior Cost Accountant/Controller
Full Time - Staunton, VA or Richmond, VA
Salary - $90k - $120k
Our client is seeking a hands on Senior Cost Accountant/Controller to help build the finance function for a newly formed manufacturing division of a stable and successful company. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial accounting professional who wants to do more than maintain the books. The Senior Cost Accountant/Controller will help create processes, establish reporting, build a P&L and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.
Working directly with the president and ownership team, the Senior Cost Accountant/Controller will serve as the primary financial resource of the operation, providing critical insight into product costing, inventory, profitability, budgeting and strategic decision making.
