Financial Controller (Multi-Entity | US & UK | Remote)
We're seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple U.S. and U.K. entities. This is a great opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and partnering with leadership in a growing organization.
Location: Remote (East Coast)
What You'll Do:
• Lead accounting operations across multiple U.S. and U.K. entities, including close, reporting, AP/AR, inventory, and cost accounting.
• Prepare financial statements, manage consolidations, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable international requirements.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Oversee ERP and financial systems, improve processes, and strengthen internal controls.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth, integration, and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
• CPA required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including Controller or senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong multi-entity and international accounting experience, ideally across U.S. and U.K. operations.
• Background in ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with inventory/cost accounting, system integration, and process improvement.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented leader who can bring order to complexity in a remote environment.
• Must be willing to travel.
Compensation: $135,000-$150,000 base salary + bonus potential
