To thrive as an Accountant 1, you need a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic bookkeeping, typically supported by a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. These skills and qualifications ensure accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and efficient collaboration within finance teams.
