  • Deliver Consultative Recommendations: Translate customer goals, performance data, and Clutch product capabilities into clear recommendations across multiple products that improve account outcomes and support revenue growth.
  • Own the Sales Process: Lead expansion and renewal opportunities from discovery through close, including value positioning, objection handling, negotiation, and pricing conversations.
  • Develop Account Plans: Use performance data, customer goals, and product adoption signals to identify expansion opportunities, improve account health, and reduce churn risk.
  • Accurate Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain clean and accurate records in HubSpot, including account activity, pipeline visibility, renewal opportunities, expansion opportunities, and risk status.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to surface customer feedback, improve the customer experience, and advocate for client needs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer growth, or another revenue-focused client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding quota, retention, expansion, or revenue targets.
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships, handling objections, and navigating difficult conversations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value and manage conversations around pricing, contracts, and performance.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a strong internal drive to hit goals and positively impact key metrics like Net MRR.
