Job description

The City of Warren is accepting applications for the position of Account Technician. Employees in this position assist Accountants and participate in the preparation of accounting records and reports.
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited high school or G.E.D. equivalent, including or supplemented
by courses in bookkeeping, and general business courses.
o ORIGINAL diploma or official transcripts REQUIRED at time of application
• Three (3) years experience in governmental bookkeeping and related clerical and accounting work.
Pay rate: $68,831/year - $72,575/year (After 5 years)
Benefits include health, dental and life insurance, paid vacation and sick time.
