Account Services Representative

Richdale Apartments, a leader in the national owner/developer industry of luxury multi-family communities and commercial real estate is seeking an experienced and assertive Account Services Representative to join our Account Management department. This position will focus on providing superior customer service for our current residents by managing lease account disputes and enforcing compliance with lease agreements.

Responsibilities

A Bit About the Role

  • Working with current residents in-person, via phone, written correspondence to resolve discrepancies on their account
  • Setting up payment arrangements for past due accounts, and recovering unpaid balances
  • This position requires a great deal of diplomacy and confidentiality

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer service dispute resolution experience preferred
  • Good communication skills, and requires multi-tasking abilities
  • Understanding of balance sheet, Accounting, and General Ledger Entries
  • Experience in banking or credit card disputes would be helpful but not mandatory

  • In Office (Not Remote) Mon – Fri (4 days 9am-6pm and 1 day 10am-7pm)
