Job Description
We are always looking to add talented, driven individuals to our growing team. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented candidate to fill a role on our Account Services team. Some of the duties expected include:
  • Management of an assigned portfolio at an acceptable charge off percentage
  • Review of accounts and establishing contact to determine reason for overdue payment
  • Attempting to secure payment and/or arrangement using negotiation skills and other techniques
  • Collect relevant account information to analyze account history to develop an action plan on accounts
  • Contributing to entire team and department by assisting other customers as needed
  • Resolve delinquent accounts within company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records with the collections systems
  • Interact with all department teams on a regular basis to assist your collection efforts and maximize portfolio awareness
  • Representative must review debtor's file for collection purposes, conduct skip tracing, assign vehicles for repossession when needed
  • Request form letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Company Policies as well as local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations
  • Meet individual and departmental goals
