About You

We're seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as our Global Key Account Manager. In this role, you will generate and deliver topline revenue growth at Strategic Accountsby building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with global strategic accounts while representing the full Dymax portfolio, inclusive of products and value-added services. Also, by leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring customers' needs and expectations - whether directly or through their supply chains - are met by regional business units

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and meet revenue and pipeline growth objectivesby developing and annually revising a business model aligned with strategic account plans, including program goals, growth forecasts, business objectives, and regional initiatives
  • Complete actionable strategic account plans that meet Dymax standards by mapping global account locations, products, pricing, and supply chains, then identifying opportunities for transactional sales, promoting differentiators, capturing specification approvals, and achieving placement on Approved Vendor Lists
  • Manage and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by capturing Voice of Customer feedback from Strategic Accounts and relaying strategic needs to business unit teams for consideration in product development and service initiatives
  • Foster customer intimacy through Dymax business units by building relationships across functions and geographies at assigned accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and translating them into collaborative projects between Dymax teams and the customer organization or its supply chain
  • Demonstrate, on a recurring basis, the value Dymax delivers to Strategic Accounts by mapping customer program objectives against Dymax's technologies, services, capabilities, and innovation roadmap
  • Provide technical insight and knowledge about Strategic Accounts to internal stakeholders by coordinating with Global Product Managers and functional teams (AE, BD, R&E, Production) to deliver customer-specific development briefings, training sessions, and commercial updates
  • Create new business development opportunities for products and services by applying market and customer intelligence to forecast needs, develop sales pipelines, and position Dymax solutions ahead of competitor
  • Champion the strategic importance of assigned accounts within Dymax by ensuring internal stakeholders understand account priorities, elevating customer needs at critical decision points, and advocating for coordinated support that reinforces Dymax's value proposition
