Marpai Administrators (Subsidiary of Marpai Inc. (NASDAQ: MRAI)) is a technology company transforming the Third Party Administration sector serving employers with self-funded health plans. Marpai Administrators (“Marpai”) is an AI-powered national TPA (third party administrator) using deep learning and machine learning to maximize population health outcomes with the greatest cost efficiency for any health plan budget. We create healthier members and a healthier bottom line. Marpai proactively targets at-risk members with meaningful clinical interventions to improve outcomes. 
 
ABOUT THE POSITION: 
 
The Account Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment working collaboratively with other departments and business partners requiring the ability to be adaptive, innovative and flexible with regards to our customers and clients. This position is responsible for providing account management service and consulting to all Marpai clients
 
 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 
  • Provide account management services and consulting to a book of business of Marpai clients
  • Maintain positive relationship with customers, brokers, and consultants, and ensure satisfaction with Marpai services, monitor and maintain service level expectations, and perpetuate a best in class reputation.
  • Provide interpretation and recommendations related to reports that Marpai provides to customers on an ongoing basis.
  • Effectively renew business within their book of business.
  • Work with operations teams to resolve elevated service issues. 
  • Remain current on trends and industry knowledge establishing self as subject matter expert
  • Travel across the US to client/broker sites, as needed
  • Other duties as required
 
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: 
  • Successfully manage and renew a book of business by delivering strategic, consultative account management and best-in-class client service
  • High client satisfaction, strong renewal rates, on-time delivery of strategy plans and reporting, and effective management of client relationships.
  • Retained and expanded revenue, successful renewals, increased product adoption, and minimized escalations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, accurate and timely CRM updates, proactive communication, and contribution to team best practices.
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED: 
  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience with results in the TPA or benefits industry
  • Four-year college degree preferred or experience equivalent
  • Active State Health agent license preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively and accurately execute duties  
  • Strong customer service and relationship skills to ensure timely response, effective resolution and build consensus 
  • Strong follow up skills leading to timely and effective completion of duties and resolution of tasks
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail enabling efficient, effective and comprehensive solutions/resolution
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet demands of clients and colleagues as well as meet deadlines consistently 
  • Strong knowledge, understanding of broker and consultant channels and competitive market leading to success in those related channels.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of TPA operational functions, including Stop Loss
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • In this role, expected to travel for client meetings, around the Country, as required
