Job Summary:
LRY Media Group is a full-service experiential strategy and event production firm that designs and delivers high-impact experiences. The Account Manager is responsible for leading client relationships and event strategy, ensuring successful execution of events by coordinating internal teams and managing client expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead client meetings, planning calls, and check-ins.
• Lead end-to-end event planning by translating client goals into actionable plans and timelines, ensuring alignment across creative, production, logistics, budget, and execution teams.
• Serve as the central connector across internal departments by assigning responsibilities, facilitating planning and alignment, and escalating risks or issues to leadership as needed.
• Manage event budgets by tracking expenses, monitoring scope, coordinating approvals, and supporting accurate forecasting and reconciliation.
• Provide onsite leadership during events to ensure timelines are met, address client needs, and support real-time problem-solving.
• Participate in post-event debriefs to gather feedback, identify improvements, and support documentation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–5 years of experience in event management, account management, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
