Job description

Division One Marketing is currently seeking individuals for an Account Manager - Customer Service and Sales. As a company, our clients have asked us to continue our tradition of quality customer retention and new client acquisition sales by giving us the opportunity to expand into several new markets. Therefore, we are looking for sharp, energetic professionals who have great interpersonal skills and who can successfully engage in a face-to-face sales/marketing atmosphere with strictly small-mid sized business/corporate accounts (no consumer accounts).


Account Managers will be responsible for:

  • Managing existing business accounts
  • Acquiring any new prospective customers
  • Exhibit great people skills and customer relations
  • Great listening and ability to engage with a solution-oriented mindset the problems of a customer
  • Manage data via tablet - based customer profiles

Job requirements:

  • Great Energy / Attitude
  • Thrive in a team-based atmosphere in an office with 15-20 colleagues
  • Degree in Communications or Business (preferred but not required) or equivalent experience in a customer-based environment
  • Enjoy working hard with a commitment to hitting team-based goals
