Location: New York, NY

Work Model: On-site

Industry: AI / Data Intelligence (B2B SaaS)

Compensation: $90K base, ~$200K OTE (uncapped commission with accelerators) plus equity

About the Company

Our partner is a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building intelligence software that automatically extracts data from documents, emails, images, and external systems. They serve customers across logistics, healthcare, law, and finance, and have crossed $1M ARR with very strong retention.

The Opportunity

This is an early Account Executive role and a top priority for the company. You will run full-cycle deals, close new business, and help unblock the founders so they can step back from being on calls all day.

The company moves fast and changes daily, so you will do best if you are adaptable, eager to roll with the punches, and motivated by an environment where top performers can out-earn leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle sales from qualification through close.
  • Self-source a meaningful portion of pipeline in addition to provided leads.
  • Close new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Build smart handoffs between sales and customer success.
  • Adapt quickly as the product, roadmap, and go-to-market evolve.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of total experience, including at least 1 year in an SDR role.
  • Up to roughly 3 years of Account Executive experience.
  • Eloquent and well-spoken, with strong communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a hunger to close.
  • Bonus: relevant industry knowledge or familiarity with accounts payable workflows.
