What Drives Success

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Identify opportunities for business expansion, and develop and manage relationships in strategic markets and accounts that further business development activity.
  • Target and facilitate contact with major prospective customers, in new or existing accounts.
  • Target, manage and develop sales opportunities.
  • Provide leadership to sales organization in developing strategic opportunities and business relationships.
  • Help develop and execute selling strategies.
  • Ensure smooth transitions of account management to appropriate account management parties after account relationships are properly established.
What We Are Looking For

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This position requires:

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
  • Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC and Multifamily industries, including emerging trends and regulations.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales processes.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $124K and $163K annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
