Position Overview:
Are you someone who enjoys helping people, building lasting relationships, and identifying solutions that truly make a difference? As a Multi-Line Representative / Account Advisor, you'll work exclusively with our existing customers - helping them protect what matters most by recommending the right insurance and financial products as their needs change.
This is not a cold-calling or prospecting role. Instead, you'll serve as a trusted advisor during some of your customers' biggest life moments, including purchasing a home, expanding their family, or preparing for the future.
We're looking for someone who combines strong sales instincts with exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do:z
  • Build strong relationships with our existing customers through proactive communication.
  • Conduct insurance and financial reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers with products including homeowners insurance, liability umbrellas, life insurance, disability insurance, and other protection options.
  • Guide customers through important life events and ensure their coverage evolves with their needs.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service while creating a seamless, positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow through on customer requests from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to ensure exceptional service and retention.
  • Participate in outbound outreach to existing customers when additional sales opportunities arise.

Compensation & Benefits:
