Job description

Wrap Technician

Purpose

We are seeking a dependable Wrap Technician to join our high-performing Accessory Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work and are eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Youโ€™ll work with protective materials and tools to carefully wrap and prepare cabinet accessories for shipment, ensuring every product leaves our facility in top condition.

Who You Are

Youโ€™re a detail-oriented Wrap Technician with a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to protect the work your team has built. Youโ€™re excited to join a high-performing team where your skills are valued and your career can grow. You take pride in wrapping products to exact standards, enjoy physical work, and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. Youโ€™re not just looking for another jobโ€”you want to be part of a company where craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement are part of the culture.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Apply protective wrapping to cabinet accessories using appropriate materials and techniques.
  • Perform a final visual inspection of accessories before wrapping, ensuring no quality issues were missed prior to customer dispatch.
  • Operate and maintain a box machine to create custom-sized packaging for various cabinet shapes, ensuring all specifications are met.
  • Execute precise, protective wrapping to ensure the complete preservation of the accessories finish and overall quality.
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support production flow.
  • Maintain your work area to ensure safety, efficiency, cleanliness and the integrity of the wrapped product.
  • Share ideas for improving processes and outcomesโ€”we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.

What You Bring

  • While prior packaging experience is a plus, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
  • Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
  • Comfortable reading production schedules and job cards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Why Bellmont

At Bellmont Cabinets, we donโ€™t just build cabinetsโ€”we build careers. We invest in our people through training, advancement opportunities, and a collaborative environment where your skills make a real difference. Youโ€™ll join a team of professionals who are proud of what they do and passionate about craftsmanship.

Benefits include:

  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Career growth opportunities
  • A clean, safe, supportive work environment
