Description of the role:

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated certified Maserati Alfa Romeo technicians to join our growing team at Stateline Maserati Alfa Romeo in Fort Mill, South Carolina. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our clients luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This full time position offers a competitive pay rate of $25-$48.00 per flat rate hour. Our front end team currently averages 4.0 hours per customer pay repair order, and is continuing to push toward making Stateline Maserati Alfa Romeo the best in our market.

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $55.00 depending on experience!

Performance based increases: $2.50 retroactive at 100hrs turned - additional $2.50 at 120 hours turned

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Perform vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an automotive service technician
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Valid driver's license
