Overview

We are seeking a thoughtful and highly collaborative UX Designer to help shape exceptional user experiences across a suite of product platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day UX project work, driving design execution from concept through delivery while ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with business goals. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and insights into intuitive, engaging experiences that elevate our products and deliver real value to users.ย 

This is a hybrid role based out of Sun Prairie, WI.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and research teams to ensure system adoption and technical feasibility.ย 
  • Balance consistency and flexibility to support diverse product needs while maintaining brand alignment.ย 
  • Drive cross-platform consistency across mobile applications, embedded systems, and related digital experiences.ย 
  • Advocate for user-centered design practices and measurable UX outcomes.ย 
  • Monitor usage of metrics and feedback to continuously improve the system and its adoption.ย 
  • Serve as a strategic partner in planning future UX architecture and platform expansion.ย

  • Expertise in design system architecture and component-driven design.ย 
  • Knowledge of responsive, adaptive, and platform-specific design patterns.ย 
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design practices.ย 
  • Understanding of front-end technologies and how design translates to code (e.g., design tokens, component libraries).ย
