Brightpath Treatment & Health Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you can connect meaningfully with clients. Through this approach, you will have all the necessary administrative backing to allow you to focus on patient care without the burdens of excessive paperwork or other distractions.

• Provide individualized therapy for clients, including both adults and children, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs.
• Conduct group therapy sessions and facilitate clinical consultations, assisting clients in developing essential coping skills.
• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments to identify mental health disorders for effective treatment planning.
• Engage with clients regularly through scheduled sessions to deliver ongoing counseling, treatment, and necessary adjustments to therapeutic plans.
• Plan and execute outreach and referral initiatives to encourage community engagement and accessibility to mental health services.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with a diverse patient population across the lifespan, including individuals, couples, and families. You will have the opportunity to help clients navigate various challenges, including relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Your therapeutic work will be crucial in empowering clients to lead healthier and more fulfilled lives.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon and be fully credentialed to practice.
• At least 2 years of professional experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in couples and family therapy is highly desirable and will be a significant asset in this role.
• Ability to develop rapport quickly with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
