You are:

We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Art Director to join our Accenture Song Creative team. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across a brand ecosystem anchored on driving customer experience. At Accenture, you will concept and design solutions as part of an interdisciplinary agency team to include strategy, developers/technologists, user experience designers, content strategists, writers, and studio production specialists.

The work:

  • Work under the direction of Creative Directors. Own visual concepts and solutions that solve an array of creative challenges whilemaintainingor developingoptimaldesign workflow

  • Oversee and be hands-on in the creation of visual designs and systems, typography, logos, icons and more and applies design principles such as color, typography, photographicselection, organizing elements and usability

  • Conceptualize and design to deliver solutions that are brief, on brand and leverage brand style guides, strategicprinciplesand templates

  • Author new brand styles and guidelines

  • Concept, assign, and direct designers, productionstaffand vendors to fulfill creative vision

  • Prepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers,producersand clients

  • Present and defend solutions to other creatives, UX, developers,accountleadersand clients

  • Thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration with UX, copywriters, designers, project managers,strategistsand development team and leads brand style workshop sessions

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams in an effective and professional manner

  • Lead, mentor, task, direct and contribute to the growth of more junior designersand art directors

Here'swhatyou'llneed:

  • At least 6 years of work experience in an agency environment

  • A portfolio thatdemonstratesat least 4 years compelling visual solutions, design and interactive experiences,a track recordof diverse experiences, an understanding of current visual trends anda current aesthetic sensibility

  • At least 4 years of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator

  • At least 3 years of experience using Sketch, AdobeXDand/or Figma with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in cross-channel content creation (social, email, digital)

Bonus points if:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience;Bachelor's degree in design, digital media or related field

  • Motion graphics or illustration skills a plus

  • Strong understanding of brand design systems principles

  • Strong PowerPoint and client deck creation

  • Highly skilled and proficient in e-commerce design

  • Excellent presentation skills and acts as client-facing representative for presentations

  • Participates in new business initiatives

  • Experience in packaging design

  • Experience with emerging digital platforms

  • Photo/video shoot direction experience
