The work:
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition.
  • Be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Tampa or Dallas.
Here's what you need:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Oracle Cloud Learning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience),

Bonus point if:
  • Advanced proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions,
  • Oracle Cloud Certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
