Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Manages the installation of new business, on a project basis, managing a team of Implementation Consultant(s), utilizing Clients's Implementation Methodology and Toolset. Manages the project's scope, hours estimate and change control. May recalculate hours estimate in response to a change in scope during the project. Communicates this change to Management and Sales and manages scope change follow-up with the client.
Develop conversion strategies to ensure on-time implementation. Manages the analysis of client specifications, determines the appropriate method for conversion of data files and ensures the correct set-up of product features.
Generates and maintains key project documents; work-plans, status reports issue and resolution logs and change control documents. Utilizes these documents to communicate project status to the client and Client's project and Management teams. Effectively executes project control and determines appropriate issue resolution/alternative. Maintains current client profile data and escalates project issues to client and Clients's executives as necessary.
Develops and communicates the project plan tasks through MS Project and assigns tasks to the appropriate Clients's team member.
Conducts a Kickoff meeting with the client's project team reviewing roles and responsibilities for the project and introducing the methodology to be used for a successful implementation. Coordinates the turnover of new clients to Client Services management to ensure the smooth transition of the new client into Client Services. Provides all documentation necessary for the ongoing support of the new client. Establishes a list of open issues and assigns responsibility for completion of those issues.
Documents and provides the Resource Manager with input for the completion of performance appraisals.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Information Systems or the equivalent in education and experience Professional certification preferred (PHR, CPP,PMP etc.) Experience in managing HR/Payroll implementation teams of 3-5 associates Minimum of 1-year Project Management experience in managing HR/Payroll implementations Proven ability to manage HR/Payroll implementations >$100k in annual revenue -Proven ability to manage project workloads >1,000 hours Client product experience in Enterprise, PayForce, HRB or PeopleSoft HR/PR experience Ability to travel up to 50% Strong organizational and analytical skills required -Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
