Job description

That's why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.
Position Overview
As a therapist you will provide individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.
Incredible opportunity to work between a variety of levels of care and with both Adult and Adolescent client populations.

Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
*On Call phone and holiday rotations as assigned

Compensation Disclosure
  • Associate Licensed Therapist Starting salary range between $60,000-68,000
  • Independently Licensed Therapist Starting Salary Range between $70,000-75,000

Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
How Therapists Empower Recovery
  • Conducts individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions with the client and their family/ community of support as assigned
  • Develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plans
  • Participates in therapeutic supported meals
  • Participates in treatment team meetings by reporting client and family assessment findings and response to interventions
  • Communicates with UR team to provide clinical data necessary for insurance continued stay reviews
  • Generates discharge plans by making treatment and other recommendations, and coordinating next level of care services
  • Collaborates with The Emily Program and community professionals, and community agencies to coordinate next level of care services and maintain continuity of care
  • Participates in administrative and clinical supervision as scheduled and seeks supervision when needed
  • Therapist II may provide clinical supervision as needed and appropriate based on licensure
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a behavioral sciences related field and working toward independent licensure
    • Active associate or independent licensure in the state of employment required
  • Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience preferred
  • DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
  • Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
