5 Licensed Agents Needed ImmediatelyBusy Enrollments This Month
Immediate Hiring Need
ERB is urgently hiring 5 licensed Life Insurance Agents to support a heavy enrollment schedule this month and next month
We currently have 12 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment, creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away.
This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
  • Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
  • Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator.
  • Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
  • Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
  • Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.

Qualifications
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License.
  • 1 year preferred, but newly licensed agents with the right drive are encouraged to apply - our Accelerated Income Program is designed for you."
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
