  • Partner with regional Academic Adoption Leads and Regional Academic Business Managers to align global programs with regional university plans and resource needs.
  • Build longterm faculty champions and ecosystem partnerships at target universities.
  • Track program impact, student reach, adoption metrics, and report outcomes to leadership.

You articulate a compelling, inspired, and relatable vision. You formulate a clear strategy and map aggressive steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals. You adapt quickly to changing conditions.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related engineering majors
  • Strong understanding of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) education and/or test & measurement workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale global, crossfunctional programs, and experience managing global stakeholders, priorities, and ambiguity
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
    • Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Prior experience working with universities, faculty, or academic ecosystems
  • Familiarity with AIenabled learning and workforce readiness initiatives

EXPECTED OUTCOMES (12-24 Months)

  • Global academic adoption programs launched and operational

  • Repeatable deployment models active across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
