Job description

Reporting to the Center Director, the Program Director is an in-center position designed to oversee Sensory Motor and Academic programs. They also are responsible for coaching and scheduling staff at Brain Balance. The ideal Program Director will be an authority on customer service, programmatic knowledge, coaching and mentoring staff management. They will grow and maintain strong programmatic outcomes for the enrolled children in the Omaha center in order to drive improvements or our clients and their families. The Program Director will have ongoing responsibility for their position specific KPIโ€™s and will work to meet and exceed budgeted re-enrollment and revenue goals on a monthly basis. They will oversee program outcome and parent satisfaction.

Duties to include:

  • Manage center coaching staff, training and program support

  • Conduct a welcome, progress, Mastery and re-enrollment meetings

  • Assist Center Director in managing all aspects of customer service and support

  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in the performance of all phases of Sensory Motor and Academic program

  • Leverage our best-in-class onsite and online training to deliver manage the center coaching staff

  • Deep understanding of all aspects of CRM

  • Manages coaching staff in the implementation of program updates and changes and training of same

  • Deep understanding of all aspects of sensory motor and academic program

  • Regularly review student programs to help each child attain success

  • Provides leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives

  • Provides leadership by maintaining a positive, customer centric, center culture

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • You are strategically focused on KPIโ€™s that will drive the Brain Balance forward, leveraging your management, sales, customer service, programmatic and training experience. Your ability to intelligently review and explain program needs and changes to coaching staff to ensure student success.
  • Ability to demonstrate and perform program exercises

  • Program Director role entails walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, jumping and stretching

  • Fast-paced, with a requirement for timely response to customer needs

  • Regular team meetings with CD and ACD and coaching staff to discuss high priority topics, student program concerns, review actuals-against-budgets center performance, and any needed feedback with in center leadership team

  • Excellent time management & organizational skills with the ability to work independently & as part of a team

Required education and experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree

  • 5 years of leadership experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Job location

  • Program Director will work mostly in center with some outside school visits
