Seeking an experienced Hospice Community Liaison in Riverside County.

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for educating the community and our partners regarding our hospice services.
  • Manage all accounts within defined territory which include hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, physicians and other in a position to refer home health to Acacia.
  • Develop PreCall plan/Weekly Routing and visits.
  • Developing and presenting educational information to community.
  • Prepare and conduct inservices with accounts.
  • Reports to the Director of Business Development and works closely with the Clinical Interdisciplinary Group, Intake Coordinator and office staff.
  • Other duties as assigned by DBD and leadership team.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Healthcare Sales Professional. Experience in hospice required.
  • Two year experience in health care sales and marketing.
