Seasonal Bilingual ACA Sales Representative (Spanish)
Job Summary
Keystone Advisors is a fast-growing company seeking talented professionals to join our seasonal ACA Sales team. If you are motivated by helping customers, achieving sales goals, and making a positive impact, Keystone may be the right opportunity for you.
We are seeking licensed Bilingual ACA Telesales Representatives (Spanish) to support our seasonal enrollment operations. In this role, you will assist customers in understanding ACA products and services, provide exceptional customer experiences, and help drive customer growth during our peak enrollment season.
This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to earn competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and commissions based on performance. Seasonal employment is based on business needs and enrollment demand.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active Group 1 - Life and Health Insurance License
  • Ability to maintain Continuing Education (CE) requirements to keep license active
  • Ability to pass state-required background checks for licensing purposes
  • Ability to pass an employer background check
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, insurance, or a related industry preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and conversion targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound sales calls from customers interested in ACA products and services
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads as needed
  • Educate customers on available ACA plans and options
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plans based on eligibility and requirements
  • Promote company products and services while maintaining compliance standards
  • Provide accurate and professional customer support throughout the enrollment process
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Meet key performance indicators, including sales activity, call quality, compliance, and enrollment goals
  • Stay updated on ACA regulations, company initiatives, market changes, and process updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
