Medcom Benefit Solutions is seeking an ACA Account Manager to join our growing ACA Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and helping others succeed.

As an ACA Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and brokers, guiding them through Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting requirements and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys working with people. The right candidate is a strong communicator who can balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and brokers
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
  • Guide clients through ACA reporting requirements and annual filing processes
  • Coordinate new client implementations and onboarding activities
  • Process, review, and audit client data for accuracy and compliance
  • Respond promptly to client and broker inquiries via phone and email
