Direct Support Professional | No Experience Required
Pay Rate:$20.25 to $20.75 per hour
Locations:Multiple programs across Westchester County, Putnam County, and Dutchess County
Schedule:Guaranteed set fulltime schedules available including first, second, and third shifts, as well as weekends.

As a Direct Care Professional, you will support adults with intellectual, developmental, physical, and behavioral health needs in both residential and community settings. You will playan important rolein helping individuals build life skills, achieve personal goals, and remain active in their communities while being part of a supportive and mission driven team.
What You Will Do
  • Provide hands on support with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, dressing, and mobility
  • Assistwith personal care, including bathing, toileting, and medication reminders as needed
  • Support individuals in developing independent living skills such as budgeting, communication, and meal planning
  • Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community outings
  • Encourage participation in social, recreational, and volunteer activities such as fitness, crafts, Special Olympics, and community events
  • Implement behavioral support strategies and usede escalationtechniques when needed
  • Collaborate with nurses, behaviorists, nutritionists, and other clinical team members to provide well rounded care
  • Assistwith goal planning, progress tracking, and skill development
  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation of services, progress, and daily activities
What You Will Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to learn with no prior experiencerequired. Paid training is provided
  • Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to support others
