Are you passionate about helping individuals with autism reach their full potential? At Behavior Treatment & Analysis, we're looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our supportive and innovative team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods.

Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.

Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 8 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM - 5 PM (minimum 25 hours/week).

Certifications: Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification.

Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
