Job description

  • BCBA โ€“ BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST POSITION - JACKSON, TN

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Requires current, valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctor (BCBA-D) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
    • Requires at least 3 years of professional experience in ABA, including experience with supervising others
    • Requires the ability to travel in the performance of job duties
    • Requires the ability to pass a background check
    • Requires strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, staff, family members, other professionals, and persons supported

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The BCBA will serve as a senior clinician providing high quality ABA services to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve clinical goals.
    • The BCBA will complete assessments, develop written reports and updates, and complete graphical analyses within designated timelines.
    • The BCBA will implement behavior treatment plans (BSPs) through direct intervention and supervision of support staff.
    • The BCBA will ensure effective and timely implementation of treatment plans
    • The BCBA will provide supervision of RBTs as outlined in BACB supervision requirements and will maintain accurate documentation of all supervision provided
    • The BCBA will collaborate with caregivers and other service professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
    • The BCBA will attend all relevant meetings for individuals on the caseload.
    • The BCBA will provide essential ABA training to staff, caregivers, and families.
    • The BCBA will report to the Director of Behavior Services and will perform other duties as requested or assigned.
