Job Description:
United Wellness Center is currently seeking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who can execute this job productively, a candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. See the requirements listed below:
• Provide supervision to RBTs.
• Create a client's behavior plan following the principles of ABA.
• Train each staff member on their client's specific behavior treatment plan.
• Modify/update the client's programs that are not making progress or that the client has mastered.
• Conduct intakes/assessments & reassessments every 6 months, thereafter.
• Monitor the behavior plan throughout the treatment period, per the child's progression.
• Perform (FBA's) Functional Behavior Assessments as needed.
• Provide parent/caretaker training.
• Assist with any clinical needs as occur.
Job Type:Full-Time & Part-Time
Pay:$70.00 - 85.00 Hr. (based on experience)
