We are a fast-paced professional salon service committed to providing our guests with a first-class waxing experience. As a full-time Center Manager at Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center, you will use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! You will have the opportunity to develop, inspire, and motivate a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to achieve their personal best. Our ideal candidate is passionate about details and lives the culture and brand promise that makes European Wax Center and Wax Center Partner unique. 


In this role you will:

  • Set and achieve daily/monthly/annual goals for the center and the associates.
  • Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
  • Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Manage the guest experience and any issues that arise in a timely solution driven manner.
  • Analyze business trends to schedule staff and manage time off requests accordingly.
  • Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed.
  • Own and be accountable for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
  • Grow and encourage WCP culture within the center.
  • Provide an exceptional associate and guest experience.

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1 to 3 years of retail management experience, preferably with relevant industry experience.
  • Flexible work schedule, including morning, evening, and weekends. 
  • Able to work 40+ hours a work week
  • Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing effective Team Members.
  • Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems promptly.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with associates and business landscape knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of the business landscape and ability to translate findings to positively impact Center level business.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive, personable, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
