Shared Living Provider (SLP) 

Company: Prime Home DDS
Location: Nebraska
Job Type: Subcontractor (Work from Home)
Salary: $36,000–$105,000 per year (Tax-Free) + $600/month Room & Board allowance

About the Role

Prime Home is seeking Shared Living Providers (SLPs) to open their homes to individuals with disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide care and support in a family-like environment while working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and supportive home environment
  • Assist with daily living skills and encourage independence
  • Manage behavioral challenges (including elopement and self-harm risks)
  • Provide transportation as needed
  • Complete required training (provided by Prime Home)

Requirements

  • Single-family home with one open bedroom
  • Two female licensed providers living in the same home
  • Ability to manage high-risk behaviors with safeguards in place
  • All household members over age 13 must pass annual background checks (Criminal, APS/CPS, Sex Offender)
  • Proof of auto and homeowners/renters insurance

Compensation

  • Tax-Free Income: $36,000–$105,000 annually (based on state funding)
  • Room & Board Allowance: $600/month per individual for household expenses
