Call Center Representative

We're looking for Call Center Representatives to support inbound customer service, sales, help desk, and back-office operations. You'll represent some of the world's most recognizable brands, delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to effective solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues with care and accuracy.
  • Identify sales opportunities and apply persuasive skills to upsell or upgrade services.
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process customer requests.
  • Clearly explain products, services, and procedures to customers.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.
  • Ensure first-call resolution through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and customer follow-up.
  • A customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
