We are looking for a highlydriven and technically proficient SeniorSalesAmbassadorto join our Diagnosticsteam.As a Senior Ambassador,you will accelerate growth and expand market share across key accounts. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in clinical diagnostics and a deep understanding of laboratory and hospital environments. The Senior Ambassador will play a critical role in driving revenue byleveragingtheir technicalexpertiseto influence purchasing decisions and deliver tailored diagnostic solutions.This roleoperatesas the primary account management contact, aiming to improve economic profitability, increase customer loyalty, andretainbusiness through contract renewal and closingnew solutions.

What You'll Work On

  • Customer Relationship & Retention:Serveas a trusted visor toestablishedcustomers, fostering loyalty and achieving retention targets.Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and regular business reviews.Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to secure early renewals and mitigate competitive threats.

  • Account Management & Growth:Developand execute strategic account plans focused on value expansion and profitability.Identifyandimplement operational and service improvements to drive customer success.Influence purchasing decisions andoptimizereagentutilization.

  • Technical & Operational Support:Performassay integrations and address laboratory technical needs.Support new account implementations, including ordering, installation, and validation.Coordinate order, delivery, and billing processes to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partnerwith Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Service, and Finance to deliver cohesive customer experiences.Escalate and resolve customer challenges in collaboration with the service organization.Contribute toqualityeffectiveness throughaccuratedocumentation of complaints and resolutions.

Territory

  • The role is a remote, field-based position.

  • Ability to travel up to 75%-80% in assigned territory and other domestic business locations. Expected up to 50% overnight travel.

  • Territory covers Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and western Ohio.

  • The ideal candidate must reside in territory, ideally in a metro by a major airport. Ideal metros are Chicago, Detroit, Springfield, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Toledo, Dayton.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree+3 years,Associate'sdegree+ 5,HS/GED +7 years of relevant experience

  • Professionalexperienceinsales or laboratory operations.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Life Sciences,orMedical Technologyand/orhealthcare-related Field.

  • Experiencewith a proventrack recordin sales, field service, or within a technical call center.

  • Deep understanding of laboratory instrumentation, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
