The Position

As a global leader in healthcare, Roche Diagnostics offers a broad portfolio of tools that help healthcare providers in the prevention, diagnosis and management of diseases like HPV, HIV, hepatitis and diabetes and other medical conditions, such as fertility, blood coagulation, and various forms of cancer. These products and services are used by researchers, physicians, patients, hospitals and laboratories worldwide to help improve people's lives.

The Opportunity:

2-Year Foundational Learning Experience (FLEX) Program Highlights:

  • Accelerated readiness for Roche Diagnostics Quality, Regulatory, and External Affairs and Divisional roles

  • Intensive 2-year program with targeted 3 eight-month rotations.

  • Continuous professional & personal development throughout program

  • Consistent 1:1 mentorship throughout the duration of the program

  • Sponsorship and immediate exposure to leadership and real-life business scenarios in the areas of Quality, Regulatory, and External Affairs

  • FLEX Engineers are full-time Roche employees with highly competitive complete benefit packages, including comprehensive healthcare, 401K with company match, paid time off, etc.

  • Program start date varies based on graduation date

Who you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/MS STEM-related degree program, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.

  • 4 years or less of previous work experience (internships / co-operational employment, etc) (inclusive of those accepted into the Orr Fellowship Program).

  • Willingness to travel and be placed anywhere throughout the United States and potentially at international locations (geographically mobile).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.

  • Previous Quality & Regulatory internship experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Student organization leadership and/or study abroad experiences are a plus.

  • Motivated individual with strong learning agility who shares Roche's passion for making a difference in patients' lives.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $65,000-$72,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
