Position Summary

DHD Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based clients across manufacturing, engineering, logistics, accounting, finance, healthcare, retail, hospitality, corporate operations, and technology.

This position is ideal for an experienced agency recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. The Executive Recruiter will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, maintain recruiting data integrity, and contribute to continuous process improvements through AI-powered recruiting technology.

Success in this role is measured by recruiting activity, candidate quality, placements, client satisfaction, and consistent achievement of key performance indicators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job intake through candidate onboarding.

Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, internal databases, referrals, networking, and additional sourcing channels.

Conduct phone screenings, behavioral interviews, and candidate assessments.

Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed recruiter notes and recommendations.

Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare candidates throughout the interview process, including interview coaching and offer preparation.

Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.

Support offer negotiation and candidate acceptance activities.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Candidate Pipeline Management

Build, develop, and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.

Develop long-term relationships with passive candidates.

Maintain warm candidate pipelines through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Ensure all candidate records are accurately maintained within the ATS.

Maintain candidate engagement until successful placement.

Recruiting Operations

Utilize DHD’s ATS to manage all recruiting activities.

Maintain accurate ATS documentation for every candidate interaction.

Monitor candidate movement throughout each hiring stage.

Ensure recruiting data accuracy and compliance.

Generate recruiting reports and maintain recruiting dashboards.

Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing efficiency and recruiter productivity.

Client & Hiring Manager Partnership

Develop a thorough understanding of client organizations, hiring needs, and business objectives.

Partner with hiring managers to establish recruiting strategies and hiring timelines.

Provide regular updates regarding recruiting progress, candidate pipelines, and market conditions.

Build strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain a consultative approach throughout the hiring process.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate closely with recruiters, coordinators, account managers, and recruiting leadership.

Share recruiting best practices and sourcing strategies.

Support onboarding and mentoring of new recruiters.

Participate in recruiter training sessions and pipeline review meetings.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruiting organization.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 5 years of U.S. recruiting experience.

Minimum 3 years of agency recruiting experience.

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.

Experience recruiting across multiple industries and job functions.

Strong experience sourcing passive candidates.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Preferred

Experience recruiting for Korean or multinational organizations.

Experience working with U.S. staffing firms.

Experience using ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Tracker, Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable, or similar.
