What You'll Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting
- Strong ability to manage full lifecycle recruiting processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven success in sourcing diverse candidates using innovative methods
Nice to Have Skills:
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
- Over 1 year of experience with AI-focused recruitment (Applied Research, AI Engineering, Machine Learning)
- Experience in corporate recruiting spanning over 4 years
- Ability to influence hiring managers and build effective relationships
- Knowledge of compensation practices and broader HR hiring procedures
Preferred Education & Experience:
- A relevant college degree or professional certification is advantageous
