This Over the Road Mentor position offers an excellent opportunity to travel while earning competitive pay with C.R. England. As a Mentor, you will train apprentices to safely and efficiently operate a truck in compliance with state and local laws, as well as C.R. England's policies. Your success as a mentor will depend on your strong work ethic and effective communication. Delivery locations and haul lengths vary based on your place of residence, but some fleets offer set-run tours for more frequent home time.
